To create a Jatter account:
Create a Jatter account
Register with email
- Click Sign in on the upper right corner of the home page
- If you don’t have an account, click Register
- Input your email address and choose a strong password, then click Register
- Choose a PIN in order to restore encrypted data. Your PIN cannot be recovered if you forget it.
- Click Submit
- You will be asked to verify your email, please check your spam folder if it isn’t in your inbox
You are now signed in to your Jatter account.
Register with a phone number
- Click Sign in in the top right corner of your screen
- Click Sign in with phone at the bottom of your screen
- Enter your phone number and click Verify Phone Number. An SMS code will be sent to your phone.
- Enter the SMS code and click Continue
- Choose a PIN in order to restore encrypted data. Your PIN cannot be recovered if you forget it.
To ensure the highest level of privacy, the PIN used to encrypt your data never leaves your device, which guarantees that no one else can ever access it. If you forget your PIN, you can still use your Jatter account, but your chat history will be cleared.
To Manage your Jatter Account:
- Click the user icon in the top right corner of your screen and select Settings
From here, you can view and manage your Jatter Plus subscription, manage your personal answers, edit your profile, sign out, or delete your account. You can also view and manage your Jatter Plus subscription.
To Delete your Jatter Account:
- Click the user icon in the top right corner of your screen and select Settings
- Click Delete Account
- Click Continue if you wish to proceed. All of your account data will be permanently deleted. An SMS code will be sent to your phone.
- Enter the SMS code and click Verify
- Your Jatter account is now deleted
